Brand content for Hermés Estate, a real estate agency offering exclusive European castles for sale and for rent, as private residences, weddings, events and film locations.

The brand needed to feel less like an agency and more like an invitation, so every line was written to sound spoken, not sold.
Sell an experience, not a floor plan. Every caption had to place the reader inside the room, not in front of a listing.
“Own a piece of history, or celebrate in a setting where royalty once walked.”
Buyers looking to own a piece of history, hosts planning weddings and events, and production teams scouting a location for film. The copy speaks to all three without splitting into separate campaigns: elevated, a little theatrical, always in service of the image beside it.
A nine-tile layout alternates photography with colour panels, so text and image never compete for the same space.
Every photo tile sits beside a colour tile, never another photo. The eye always lands on a caption next.
Forest green carries the narrative copy; antique gold carries the calls to invitation. Together they read as one brand, not two templates.
An upright serif sets the emotional lines; a plain sans carries contact details and practical copy.
Two nine-tile sets, built to post as a single carousel or split across a feed.
